Lord Helmchen in Braunschweig

We ordered food there for the first time and were really very satisfied. Telephone questions were answered very friendly despite the stress. The only thing to complain about is the cucumbers on the burger, you always tasted a light cucumber salad dill note, unfortunately does not go well with the burger. The driver was very friendly and complied with the Corona hygiene rules. All in all, we can only thank you and look forward to the next time with small improvements 😉 Greetings and stay healthy.

First order 2 weeks ago was great, we were really impressed. Thought ourselves today, instead of standing by the stove, we would order local. Delivery time over an hour, unfortunately the food was cold. There was a normal good and cheap bread roll, unfortunately only toasted, with a little cranberries with the camembert. The soup was more creamy than tomato, the cordon bleu was cold and the cheese was floury. I called Lord Helmchen to express criticism. He offered us a new warm meal, we had lost our appetite. A question came up in between: “Does the Cordon Bleu also have too little cheese?” - In an ironic tone of voice, where the topic was through for us. We don't order a third time, 32 € for the garbage can, were very disappointed. If you only have two drivers, one for WF and one BS, it may not end up being the customer's problem. One thing for last, it wasn't all bad, the special request worked well and the fried potatoes were delicious when cold. Even if you pay a small tip, to support the restaurants were almost € 35 for the cat!

Super delicious food and friendly service, I highly recommend the cabbage roll, but we've already tried half the menu and everything is delicious!

All around satisfied! The food tastes very tasty and is not cheap fast food. Price performance is great. Delivery service is reliable and on time. Food was always warm. Definitely the best delivery service in Corona time and also a great place to eat.

I ordered a ceasar salad and it came pretty quickly but in terms of taste it was the worst salad you have ever eaten! Cucumbers and some beans were pickled and so everything only tasted like vinegar! I called to let me know and the single answer was: one does not like the other !! And from Koch personally! Embarrassing!!!

Delivery service already used twice and every time absolutely excellent! On time, warm, well packaged, friendly and smooth payment also by debit card at the front door. Very, very recommendable!

Hello, First of all, I would like to say that our boss even drove out. :) Ordered from Lieferando, but my reviews are still coming in here on Google. Ordered this evening by chance via the app, although the delivery is not that far ... Still super delicious food. The cordon bleus were juicy and tender. The fries and potatoes were also delicious. What I found very good was that the sauce came in a bowl :)) It's a shame that you can only give five stars, would be worth even more to me. Thanks for the great food. Well worth the price. I ordered something to eat yesterday, as it is not possible to visit due to Corona. Well, I can't leave a lot of positive things here, except that the delivery was very fast. Charging € 20 for a burger with fried potatoes is okay. IF ..... the patties are homemade and the bun is homemade. Both were definitely not the case. The bun was unfortunately not even toasted. The patties were definitely frozen goods. Completely unseasoned and watery. A small dollop of sauce, a huge amount of lettuce and 2 slices of tomato. Unfortunately, it was a very big disappointment. In addition, aioli with baguette € 4.90 .... a baguette from Gut & Favorable with a small dollop of aioli. The price-performance ratio was unfortunately not right at all.

Very nice shop, friendly staff and the food was delicious. I recommend the schnitzel variant. Price performance is great. Corona rules are applied super here. I like to be with you.

REALLY REALLY BAD wants to tell me how to top burgers well everyone how they like Bread rolls with cucumber, water and sauce, soaked and called cold well if you talk on the phone with one hand and cook with the other, it's no big wonder. ... Well then you get new ones without sauce again pure disappointment by being soaked with fat half the packaging soaked with oil and for 2 burgers 32 € already hard because Burger King tastes and is more worth it !!!!!!! I'd rather eat from a woman who can't cook rather than ever wasting a cent again

We were invited to a party there. The shop is really nicely furnished and we felt very comfortable there. The waitresses were very nice, the food was good, but it didn't knock us off our feet. Unfortunately, the fried potatoes didn't look fresh at all. It's a shame because you can achieve a lot with that.

It was really very nice there. Wsren eat for the third time in the Lord Helmchen and we have not been disappointed so far. The kitchen is varied and there is also home-style cooking such as B. Mustard celebration. So great. So far everything has tasted good to us and we will go again. You are also served very nicely 👌👍

We celebrated our daughter's school enrollment in the Lord Helmet yesterday and are really 100% satisfied. We were looked after very well and all guests enjoyed the food. The price rounded it off. We'll definitely be back, thank you very much again.

We ate schnitzel here through Groupon. The portions are good and tasty. The menu is a bit full, colorful and confusing. The staff was always correct and friendly!

Super nice atmosphere, with very friendly staff. The price performance ratio is very good. Delicious and plentiful food. Everything was clean, cozy and idyllic. The outside area in particular is nicely shielded, so that you don't have the feeling that passersby are looking at your plate. We would love to come back

We were here for the first time and ate the classic currywurst fries on the beautiful terrace. It has to be said that the service was very good, nice and personable and no detail was missing. The food was delicious (and a lot), and with an impeccable presentation, even for a simple dish like the one we ate. We recommend it! We will come back in any case!

I am enclosing my review of the restaurant mentioned above. Occasion: We looked for a restaurant for a small nice sitting together after our wedding and found it in Lord Helmchen. Care, support: We put together the food personally with the help of the chef. He advised us very well. I have to say I initially found the price of the food to be very expensive and was rather skeptical. Then he came to meet us with a few small tasty ones. Eat: Here I have to say that I was extremely surprised. The food was fantastic (especially the salmon). Everything was fresh and cooked with a lot of dedication. You could tell that the boss himself was in the kitchen and tried very hard. Only one of the 3 main dishes didn't taste good to me, namely the chicken in spinach sauce, but that's a matter of taste. The dessert was the icing on the cake. Ambience and service: Beautiful ambience and lots of freedom when decorating. We were allowed to decorate ourselves, which is not a matter of course. The staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. Unfortunately, there was a disadvantage that we were not allowed to take the delicious roast suckling pig with us because of Corona.
